| It's not in DANDR. I seem to recall someone saying that's the numbers Dr. Atkins used for his testing - but my memory isn't always sound, so someone should come along who can clarify better

| Dr Atkins uses vague terms like don't eat your Atkins too high protein or too low fat. If you called the Atkins Center back when he was alive and ask exactly what too high was or too low they would tell you those ratios. you can also plug the menues in the book into fitday and you will see they average that amount too.
