| Sounds like you found what doesn't work for you with lunch meat. Good for you sticking to the plan! Oh, the dreaded salt cravings. I could have a salt lick in the back yard (well, I could use the neighbor's) and still not have enough. The only thing that I think worked best for me is to limit the portions of pork rinds (small handful to last all day long. Yes, it is possible) and be VERY aware of the amount of salt that I was taking in. And upping my exercise during that time with drinking my water. There's no magic wand to wish the cravings away---if there is, somebody hand one over!---so riding it out and finding out what works for you (besides eating the salt and other things with salt) is best, too.
