| Hi. What you need to do is stick to the Induction Foods list for dinner tonight. If you "feel", like you "have" to have a dessert, order a cup of herbal tea or decaf coffee.

| Can you phone the restaurant and ask what they have to offer that wont have sugar/wheat/potatoes etc. I find it so much less stressful if I can choose in my own mind beforehand what I am going to eat and not have to make a quick (sometimes wrong) decision.
