| My motivation is getting on the scale every morning. I know that doesn't work for many people, but it works for me. I'm so close too -- I'm less than a pound from my goal weight! |

| My motivation is that I am leaving for a cruise in 14 days. I can't wait! It really helps to have something to lookk forward to. |

| sarah i know how you feel but add 100 lbs.... i will never go back into the 290's and am looking forward to the 270's .. just keep up the good work and try and think of a non food reward for yourself when you get there.. that will give you something to look forward too besides the number... maybe a new shirt/skirt or a pedicure when you get there... |
