| It depends on the soy milk and whether it was sweetened or not. Either way, add your carbs to today's count, drink water, maybe give a little more exercise for the day and move on, you can't change that you drank it... You can have soy milk on the later rungs...

| shouldnt be too bad ... just count the carbs and limit for the rest of the day .... also I read something about soy milk ... and soy in general ... that it kind of acts similarly to brith control pills. Estrogen found in soy stimulates human breast-cancer cells in mice is one I quickly found but I have seen others that go into more detail. |

| wow you guys are fast! unfortunately it contains 6g of sugar and now i'm feeling oozy...yikes. i'm trying to drink more water! oh man, i hope this doesn't take me back to day 1 of induction I was ready to start week 3. |

| i made the same mistake in the beginning.. starbucks latte w/soy... boo boo.. its ok just jump back on the WOE and keep going.. you can do it ! |

| I got so dizzy I passed out for 3 hours! I think I've learned my lesson, no more soy milk for me! GOing back on induction, wish me luck |
