| Hi there, I would say there is no need to start over. Just make sure you meals get back on track, that you are drinking enough water to flush out the carbs and sugars. Take your supplements too. You say you have limited yourself and felt bored. For only day 4 this is not good, as this is a lifestyle change so you need to be happy with your food choices long term. I'd recommend trying foods you think you dislike, cook them in news ways and your tatse buds are likely to change - at least with some things! The recipe section of this site is great for new ideas. Also check out the induction friendly recipes on this site: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home It can be hard to eat with people no low-carbing, but there are lots of ways to serve the same meal to the whole family but with a carb for them and not for you. | your limits on your food dont seem to extreme to me... you can still have some variety..it just takes planning... you can do a ham wrap (w/ lettuce instead of tortilla) you can grill / bake / roast chicken... there is a great recipe on here for bbq sauce w/ splenda eggs for brkfast and chicken salad for lunch with bbq pork for dinner ?? sounds like variety to me ! keep up the good work you can do it |

| I agree with continuing on. There's no need to start over. I too can get bored with eating the same old foods. I think that is why I am doing this a second time around. This time, I decided that I was going to eat induction-friendly foods but vary them. So I sought out recipes. The link to Linda's LC web site that Alexa provided is absolutely EXCELLENT! Right now while I'm on extended induction, it will be like a LC bible to me. Don't give up and don't be discouraged, just keep on keeping on. Etire
