| TOM is definitely a factor... if you are weighing yourself you will not get an accurate net loss reading due to bloating and water retention. As for your ketostix... you are not likely going in and out of Ketosis, it may be the amount of liquid you are consuming. When you are dehydrated, not drinking enough your ketones are WAY concentrated... and when you are drinking lots... which you should be doing... they are not concentrated... and these ketostix are not fool proof, and can give false readings. You should measure your ketones after waking... first pee... and before bed... last pee.... especially if you are driving yourself mental by peeing on the stix all the time. I personally check all the time... obesessive ya... but I am just compelled to do so.... I am so proud for you that you have control over food. That is key in this process. how much weight have you lost so far? You will be surprised how much you can lose in the next 38 days. I don't drink coffee... but I do think dairy can stall you. If you are really bent on nice fitting dresses... ditch the cream for those 38 days! I bet that a few days after your period is over you will see a noticible difference in your weight. GO for a walk... and put it out of your mind... keep your head down and keep strong. Stressing about it may inhibit the weightloss, the body does weird things when under stress... do some yoga and deep breathing exersizes or some stretches... and claim your victory over this battle of bulge. YOU CAN DO THIS... I have lost 56 lbs so far and if you had asked me 4 months ago I would have said NO WAY... and here I am tonight bagging up a huge stack of clothing I will never wear again because ITS ALL TOO BIG FOR ME! | you CAN do this.. keep doing what you're doing.. I personally dont think the coffee and little bit of cream you are consuming is causing a problem .. but its different for everyone... TOM, and stress can do it too.. relax, take a nice long walk.. come back have a salad and some juicy steak or chicken breast. have you measured ?? you need to measure your body.. you can be losing and not see it on the scale... come here often.. at least once a day.. read stories and questions and read all the answers... even if its not directed at you - you can find inspiration and some answers and see that not everyone loses the same way... but you are losing thats the point.. and you will probably have a small woosh after TOM... just relax and keep up the good work .. it will pay off |
