| live and learn.. this WOE/WOL is a learning experience.. drop everything and get back on the horse... you will learn what you can and cant have at any given resturaunt also.. thats the part i love.. searching the menus to find what i think may be ok .. sometimes i am right sometimes i am wrong.. learning experience.. keep up the good work and remember not to go 6 waking hours without eating.. another learning experience you can do it !! |

| machiavelli, We went there too. We were shopping for school clothes for the kids and figured it would be a safe bet. I ended up eating celery with blue cheese dressing. Now I just order steak wherever we go or a salad. I carry a small bottle of vinegar and a spice container of oregano and basil with garlic and I sprinkle it on my salad. Does anyone know if we have a thread about which restaurants have low carb dishes? |
