If you are considering buying any of the self-styled 'lowcarb' products you do need to check the list of ingredients as many of them ignore rules 4 and 5 of induction that say

As far as I know most 'low carb' products contain at least one ingredients that is not allowed for induction so you would be better as Boonie Stomper said and buying real food instead of the processed products.
