| I think its just what you say. I get them too, but I have cut them down by drinking more liquids. I am trying to drink more water, but its difficult some days. Try drinking extra water. |

| I sometimes feel a hot sensation in my larger muscles, especially my thigh, and it doesn't coorelate with exercise, it just happens. I have gotten used to it now...
