| Not everyone can get away with cheating. Last time i did the WOE i would gain 4 to 6 lbs everytime i did a cheat day. Some would be water weight but some wasnt. It usually set me back between 3 to 7 days.

| JUST jump back on the horse, so to speak.. you can do it... this is all a learning experience.. we learn how our bodies react to different foods and types of foods.. and even the cheats can be thought of as a learning experience... you can do it.. |

| You want to lose weight AND eat ice cream. You are in fairy land my friend. Real world does not work that way. Sorry.

| I suppose the adage, "play too much in the fire and you'll get burned" doesn't work with ice cream. How about, "eat too much in the ice cream shoppe and you'll get freezer burn"?? Mark may not mark ice cream as one of his trigger foods. If I let myself have a scoop of ice cream, I wouldn't stop until I polished off the whole half gallon! I'm not about to take the chance that absence made the heart grow weary so I'll continue to resist the urge.

| Hello there I successfully lost 90lbs. on Atkins in 2003/2004. Kept it off for 3 years! Then in early 2007 I started cheating, just here and there. Well, "here and there" didn't last long. Before I knew it I was eating pure JUNK all the time... again. In less than a year I'd regained 80lbs.! I highly suggest you stop the vicious cycle of rewarding yourself with food. It's only going to hurt you in the long run. I hope this didn't come off as rude

I don't think you were rude. I think that is an honest truth that we all need to remember. Good job jumping off the carb bandwagon and coming back.
