| Well that ice cream you had probably sat you back. Might have taken you out of ketosis and making you spend several days getting back into it. Hence a slow down in you loss. But it is great that you lost something. Congrats. You could try rung one of OWL. It is just more veggies and it seems to help some people get going with their loss. Stay away from the illegal stuff though

| Is it true that moving on to OWL may kickstart your weightloss again. I'm almost done with my induction (Tues.) and I gained 2 lbs ??? so, I'm debating whether or not to move on, or stay at induction a few more weeks. Side Note: I see a correlation- every time I excercise, I end up going up a couple of pounds- hmmmm? |

| Surely I'd be back in ketosis by now, no? It only took me 3 days to enter ketosis when I first started induction. I had to put another notch in my belt and my wedding ring fits much looser so I must be doing something right, I think. |

| I found that when you have a cheat day or when you something you shouldnt that it takes longer to get back into ketosis. Your body sometimes builds up a resistance. I would stick with extended induction- Protein, plenty veggies, and water. If you need a sweet pick me up.. you might try sugar free jello.. or you can make a very low carb icecream. Just watch and see if it makes you stall in weight loss. Which every path you do, good luck! |
