| I don't guess it really matters as long as you are consistent. It may be easisest to just go with a calendar day, or typical breakfast time as the start of the day. But you really need more rest. Did you know your body burns fat while you are sleeping? Good luck! |

| I do know. i have pills that the doctor has given to me but i dont like them because i'll have a heaache in the morning and im droggy and cranky all day. i will take them when i know i need to. and thanks

| I don't think it truly matters, so long as in any given rolling 24-hour window, you are not exceeding your carb limit or eating foods not appropriate. Ty.
