| I had exactly this same problem between weeks 3-5 and I see it over and over on this board. You will lose more weight but in the meantime, take measurements. I lost 11 inches during those non-weight loss weeks. Keep at it and the weight will start peeling off again

| I didn't lose for 2 weeks but changed body shape completely! You have to stick with it! The scales know - they play tricks! Don't give in to them! They know nothing! |

| I'm at the end of my third week now and I lost 10 pounds during induction, by day 9. I didn't lose anything else until yesterday when I had a 2 pound loss. I'll take whatever the scale gives me.

| Thanks, it just sucks because I am so damn tall it, takes at least a 15-20lbs weight change for me to go up or down just ONE pant size. Come on 12's!!!!

| Heh, I posted with similar sentiments asking people to share their whooshie stories. I lost 16 pounds the first three weeks, and in the 10 days since then, have hovered a pound up, a pound down. No change. My pants are looser today though...mayyyyybe tomorrow I will see a difference? |

| I am having this issue too, but feel so much better that I'm not worrying. My pants are looser than at the end of week two though, so something is happening inside my body and under my skin where I cant't see. I have only lost 1/2 pound in week 3. |
