| Congratulations on losing. Lots of kilos and centimetres gone there. Another good thing with exercise is that you will hang on to your muscles and lose the fat so that you will look nice and firm when you reach your goal.

| Congrats on your weight and measurements loss! I wouldn't worry too much about excess skin at this point - especially if you're drinking the water. I think that's a much bigger issue for people who get weight loss surgery and lose tons of weight over a much shorter period than we do on Atkins. You should start a journal to chronicle this for yourself - it's really helpful and kinda fun! |
