| RUNG 3 Flaxmeal Recipes Muffin In A Minute 1/4 cup flaxmeal 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 packet of splenda(or sweetner of choice) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 lg egg 1 tsp melted butter Mix dry ingrediant together then add egg and butter. Place in microwave safe coffee cup and microwave on high for 1 minute 20 seconds. Remove from cup. Top with butter or cream cheese frosting using cream cheese and sweetner of choice. Chocolate Flaxmeal muffin (you can maybe use 1 tbls. of flaxmeal and see if it works for an Induction muffin) 1 1/2 tbls. flaxmeal 1 1/2 tbls. butter -Melted 1 tbls cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 3/4 packet of splenda. Microwave approx. 1 minute. Flaxmeal pancakes 3 tbls. flaxmeal 2 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbls. heavy cream splash of vanilla extract (optional) Mix dry ingrediants then add eggs and vanilla. Mix well Pout on hot griddle. Max 2-3 pancakes depending what size you like.

| i may be the only one, but i cant stand the taste of it cooked.. i have tried it in several recipes and it just ruines the meal for me .. yuck !! just thinking of it makes my stomach turn ,...maybe i'll try it cold one of these days .. see if that works ... everyone else seems to love it though ... |

| I take 1/4 cup ground flax and 1/3-1/2 cup water. Nuke it in the micro for 1 1/2 minutes. It is A bit sticky. I then add 1-2 tbsp cream depending on how sticky it is. one packet of splenda and one teaspoon of cinnamon. I stay away from the protein powder (never have any on hand and I think it tastes just fine without it) I also sometimes add just a tbsp of sugar free maple syrup instead of splenda and cinnamon. tastes great with sausage as a side dish! |
