    Not much. Maybe 1-2 lbs a week if i'm lucky.

    For the first 6 months, over 4 pounds a week. For months 6-11, about 3 pounds a week.

    I've been very lucky, and have lost at least 2 lbs a week. I also exercise 4-5 days a week.

    usually between 1 - 2 pounds a week. any more than that for me is very unusual. i also work out 4 - 6 times a week and drink about 10 - 12 glasses of water a day.

    Default How much do you loose on extended induction

    About 1-2 lbs a week and I also exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes...And drink all the water required..But I also sneak some chocalate from time to time...I can't lie about it... :raving

    2 - 3 lbs That's what i've been doing so far

    On average I am losing about 4 - 5 pounds per week. I exercise daily, take my supplements, and drink plenty of water!

    I loose pounds in spurts. 5-6 pounds at a time, but I go for 6-8 weeks with no loss, then loose, then wait again. Moving to OWL is going to be hard since I can't tell what will stall and what won't.

    About 1 pound a week. I only weight once a month or so. I like the tape measure better then the scale. I usually loose 1 or 2 inches per week.
