| Ummm, 20lbs in that amount of time is amazing. I have lost maybe 7-8 lbs in 4 weeks of Atkins. I wouldn't complain. WE could always change and I will take your 20lbs weight loss..

| The Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL) phase of Atkins is divided into "rungs"... which together form what is called "the carbohydrate ladder". But in my opinion, 20 lbs lost in about 6 weeks is excellent! Don't expect them to come down overnight. Are you exercising?
