Default 4 weeks in and lost 25ish pounds

so ive been on induction for 4 weeks and ive lost round 25ish pounds! GO ME!! my starting weight was , and is it so good to say was!!, 260 pounds right now i have 2 scales that i use. A LCD electronic scale at home which weighs me in at 232lbs and the other scale is at the gym and its a doctors scale, that scale weighs me at 237 either way ive lost a bunch and im just gonna keep at my regime, both eatting and working out. I work out about 1hour and 20 minutes a day - 40 minutes of fat loss resistance style on the ellipitcal machine which says i burn around 516 calories and then i lift weights for about 30-40 minutes depending on which part of the body im doing I as well as alot of people have also stopped eating the atkins bar - TOUGH IT OUT GUYS! - my clothes fit better i have a ego boost in the right way and im feeling great! - good luck guys!

Wow! That is so awsome of you! The number one rule for induction, is a clean induction, I read a post that said someone lost twenty pounds in like six days or something like that, my goal is thirty in two weeks, but my food gets a bit boring, eggs for breakfast. Salad with chicken for lunch, and any meat that has no sugar in it for dinner,,, this is everyday so I know I dont cheat myself out of anything!!!

Go girl!

Well done, that's very impressive.

I still don't believe my scales when it shows I've lost weight. I admire your exercise regime. I have a brilliant cross trainer gathering dust as I have to lose 3 more stones before I don't go over the maximum weight it can take.
I aim to be as dedicated as you, congrats.
