| All of it! My husband and I experienced the same thing when we both dropped 25 lbs. - There was just a lot less weight to deal with... we were in better shape of course so things were not as stressed. We both put some of the lbs. back on and I keep reminding him how wonderful it felt when we were both losing together. Congrats on your new found honeymoon!

| Isn't it great?!? I have lost 40lbs, my hubby 55lbs. We are loving it!!! It is all of the above....more energy, less stressed, and more flexible for sure! So have fun and know that it will only make you and your marriage stronger! |

| Losing weight usually helps people feel better about themselves - more open during sexual activities, and happier in general... As a result, more nookie, which means more of the happy endorphins that you get from it, which usually means even more nookie.

| Not trying to be too graphic, but losing inches in the supra pubic area allows you to gain inches in the manhood area.Have read for every 10lbs lost you gain 1/4 inch.Not sure that is accurate, but losing that fat pad certainly gives the appearance of added length. Just a pleasant side effect of weight reduction. |

| i agree, probably both, BUT i think losing the weight is a big part of your mental self esteem. Finally fitting into my cute night clothes has definately helped me and my hubby out. and i just can't wait for more to come. |

| Testosterone production is diminshed with excess belly fat.Losing that fat in combination with exercise will stimulate the testes to produce.I have noticed after losing 25 lbs, a good portion in my belly, and walking 3-4 miles daily my erections are stronger and spontaneous.I am about to incorporate light weight training in my exercise regime.That is another way to increase testosterone. |

| And just to add..another reason for the euphoric feeling is the fact that your blook sugar levels are now even keeled and not up and down. So you feel good all the time not just every once in a while. Congrats on the new sex life!!! Oooh Raah! |
