| How much cream though? we are only allowed a few table spoons a day...sorry but I agree with Jeremy this sounds nasty..

| Here's one of my "recipes": 4 eggs 1 T heavy cream (it's thick, so it goes a long way!) 1/2 cup water 1 cup ice cubes 1/2 cup pumpkin big dash cinnamon 2 T Splenda 1/2 tsp vanilla It's SOOO good. If you want to leave out the pumpkin and cinnamon and have vanilla, it tastes just like a vanilla shake (to me)! My 5 year old AND my husband both love this as well--and they're not on Atkins. |

| Well,,,, I guess you have to like eggnog to think this sounds good. The ingredients are almost the same. If you don't like eggnog, disregard this whole thread. I used 2 whole eggs, 1 oz shotglass of cream (= 2 Tbs), 1/2+ tsp vanilla extract, 1 drop of liquid splenda (= 1 1/2 packets), 1 Cup crushed ice, and blended.

| I do exactly the same as Kntrylady - but I add a scoop of unflavored protein powder. Easy way to up the protein and also sticks with me longer. Love them. |
