It really sounds good. I don't worry about fresh eggs any more. If the store has them under refrigeration and has a lot of traffic, they are fresh. Right now that recipe sounds good. I'm going to try it for breakfast

What an awesome idea. I just made one with a small modification. I added ice cubes to the before blending and made it frozen...yummy. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for sharing and I love eggs.

Wow...this sounds yummmy!!! A couple questions - how long do I blend the eggs in the blender? How many eggs do you usually use?

well, I'm reeeeeeeeeeeeally loving it, I think I'm a new convert. I've had breakfast every day this week, and that's a great accomplishment for me. I've been trying to have a big breakfast and a smaller dinner (it's usually backwards for me) so I've been having 4 eggs every day. and I dont think there's really any way to make this wrong. I put them in the blender and blend for a few seconds, i think the more you leave it the frothier it gets. and I haven't measured anything all through the week, and they taste great. today I did try to add a little less splenda in and have a clear idea of how much I put in, and I used 1 and a half teaspoons. it's crazy how excited I am by this, it totally makes this way of eating much more sustainable for me!! I've never been much of a breakfast lover, and having something heavy, or that took a lot of cooking made sure I just skipped it altogether!

| That sounds completely gross too me. Someone else who thinks that sound gross should make them and let me know what they think.

I know... it messed with my head too when i was about to take the first sip i actually expected to gag... and then I didn't! i was actually surprised! then i tried it again, and couldn't believe i actually liked it! oddly enough, the shake doesnt make me think of eggs in the least! it doesnt smell eggy, it smells like yummy vanilla. it doesn't feel slimey! it feels like a creamy shake, it doesn't even taste like egg! who would have thought! the first try I did, i used a single egg, a lot of cream, and a lot of splenda.... and loved it. I've been moving little by little into less fillers maybe one of these days you'll take the plunge and try it.... or connive your wife into making it for you
