| Actually.. it seems that is a little recipe in one of the DANDR chapters. I know Dr. Atkins mentioned chilling and whipping cream, and it seems like he added cocoa too. In 'spice' amounts, cocoa is okay.

| I use heavy cream with sugar free cocoa mix (different brands have different carb ammounts so check the packages). It's a great little treat and so rich I cant eat more than a few spoonfulls but feel like Ive had a wicked treat |

| AS momtomany said, in spice quantities (less than a teaspoon per serving) many people allow it for themselves on induction. For larger amounts it can be added on the third OWL rung/level as one of your 5 net carb additions.
