| I agree with Liv. Mine has been reading just a little darker than the "Trace" rating but I'm a water drinker from way back so I don't worry about it too much. Everyone else can see that I'm losing. If you're doing your water right and eating how you should, I don't see a reason to worry.

| Your body is fine. Dr Atkins says that the degree of ketosis that your in is insignifigant but more importantly that you are in ketosis. For me its psychological. I disagree that they are not reliable, they are very much so but again not as important as watching the way your clothes fit and the way you feel! |
