Phil... I'm kinda chiming in at the end, hope you don't mind. But what do you mean when your appetite increases? Are you referring to when you get hungry you want to keep eating or are you referring to if you eat to much you just want to eat that much more. I am a BIG Binge eater. So I'm curious of what you are referencing.
