| Beekel -- the virus going around is enough to put the strongest of us down. Just remember how far you have come this far and within a few days you'll be back to losing again. I have been having trouble or the last 2-3 weeks like you've had. At least I've been able to get water into me and eat pretty much what I'm suppose to eat. Just get back up ad back on plans soon as you feel up to it. Youve come too far to let it all slip away now! Carole
