Re: Lost more weight! | | I'm pretty similar to you....I'm 5'4, started at 153 and have a goal of 135. I started 2/2/09, and as of last Friday I was down to 146. Weigh day is tomorrow....I moved right into OWL following induction, added more veggies, then some nuts, now I am onto berries. Skipped the dairy rung as it doesn't always agree with me, I eat the same little bit that I did during induction. Any more and I tend to get tummy troubles (always have, even though I love cheese).
I've never pulled big numbers as others have, but am losing steady. Seems to be 1lb or a little more average per week, but I noticed sometimes it comes off 2lbs one week, and nothing the next. I exercise regularly, running 4 days a week and cross training using eliptical and strength training 2 days a week. I know I will get there, but slowly and must be patient!
I think you will like moving into OWL (I know did). Congratulations on the weight loss so far!
