| Congratulations on your loss so far ![]() I would not worry too much about calories at the moment. I think that the 'not enough calories' thing is a problem mainly for people eating a lowfat 'diet' rather than a following a high fat way of eating like we do on Atkins. ![]() You will have days when your body needs more food and you eat lots and lots and days when your body needs less food and you eat less. As long as you stick to the rule 'Eat when hungry and till no longer hungry' you will be fine I am sure ![]() Good for you for thinking about how to get some exercise in - maybe on your truck stops you can get a walk in or some stretching/lifting exercises done?

| I agree with Elizellen. The BMR and the AMR are just statistical medians. A "fluffy" 130-kg person would have to eat less calories than a 130-kg football player, although most BMR calculators would show they have the same BMR. If you can listen to your stomach (not to it growling though
