carby dressing on chicken am i ok if i dont eat the skin ?

hi guys just a quick 1 i brought a whole cooked chicken just now and i asked if it had anything on it .the lady showed me a bottle of sum liquid herb dressing it didnt have hardly any sugar but it does have 33 carbs per 100 ml .i had no choice but to buy the chicken cause i was starving and had limited options but my question is if i dont eat the skin it should b just straight chicken im eating ?cheers for any advice muz

Muzza, I have eaten fried chicken off a buffet, peeled the skin and breading off, and enjoyed the chicken inside.

I think you will be fine if you don't eat the skin.
