Question flaxseed meal ?

I bought some golden flaxseed meal from the amish store this past week. Can you coat your chicken and fry it on induction?
I am actually been in induction for 2 weeks and I am starting my 3rd week. I decided to stay on induction a few more weeks before moving on.

Here's a sticky about Flax and other Fiber supplements.

When you choose to continue with Induction past the first 14 Days, you are still obligated to follow the Induction Rules and eat off the Induction Acceptable Foods List. I'm only saying this because folks have the idea that staying on Induction means you can eat non-Induction foods and non-Induction carb amounts.

If you want to coat something, try pork rinds. Just grind em up in a food processor mix em with a few herbs and spices, and there ya go, induction friendly coating.

Also makes a good snack, just make sure to drink lots of water since they have a ton of salt.
