| he he he Since estrogen is stored in fat, sometimes when we burn fat we release estrogen into our system and that can make us 'cranky'! How old are you? Is it your time of month to have PMS? |

| I feel better today. I'm 33 years old and its not "that time". oh well, one of those days I was in bed until after 1pm with a HORRIBLE headache. Maybe I am/was just super addicted to carbs/sugar and my body was rebelling for a few days. I am a total junk food binger - serious problem. thanks! |

| oh my god , i thought i was the only one!!! i've been so cranky these last 3 days too. i'm on day 13 of induction. and its not that time of the month yet. thats interesting about the estrogen thing. i'm gonna google it to find out more in the meen time my poor byfriend will just have to continue to walk on egg shells looool
