I think it's finally happening.

So I've been hovering at about 345-346 for about 4 weeks now since induction. Very depressing to say the least. But everyone on here and my brother and his wife said to just stick with it and eventually it would break and weight would start dropping. Well last night I was down to a low 344 and this morning I recorded 342. I think my body has finally broken down, and dedcided to give up the weight. Thanks for the encouragement on here to get through the stall.

Thanks for the good news.
Really good of you to stick to it - too many people give up too easily. Bodies can be slow on us sometimes.
Way to go.

You are an inspiration to me.

I was telling my wife about your dilemma the other day when you posted. I was saying that if this person can hang out for a whole month on induction and not see a single pound move, what am I gonna be whining about if I hit a little one week stall after dropping 25 pounds.

Way to hang in there!
