Default Lost 1 pound
Today was my 4 week weigh-in, lost 1 pound even though TOM is due to visit on Friday, I'm very happy!

Hey America,
Congrads on the 1 pound. Tom should be visiting me on Saturday and im not so happy about it. I usually gain 4-5 pounds with Tom. But at least i know if i keep up with this new way of eating, i know it will come of after tom leaves. Congrads on the 1 pound again.
