| Just some ideas for variety: add parsley or cilantro to your salads make soup by pureeing the veggies - works for any veggies then add cream in the end sautee veggies until soft and stick them in food processor and mix in with ground beef and make patties out of the mixture. green beans sauteed with garlic and olive oil are absolutely delicious! those are just a few examples - check out linda's website - there are so many variations and so much you can do for variety. Hope this helps.

| During Induction, the percentages you should be aiming for are 65% fat, 5% carbohydrates, 30% protein. Dr. Atkins wrote that excess protein will be converted into glucose, so overdoing it will work against your weight loss efforts.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
