| All cheese counts as 1gr carb/ounce. Do not count on labels to tell you that food is 'zero-carb' - they round DOWN. If one serving has .49 carbs in it - they put 0 on the label. Eat 5 servings and that is 2.45carbs. You can count fresh, unprocessed meat as zero carb, but there are 'hidden carbs' everywhere in processed food. Eat only when you are hungry - eat until you are not hungry anymore.
