| If you are eating out, is there a chance there is anything "hidden" that might be effecting things? IMO, your water intake is good but maybe could be better. Are you drinking anything else? Maybe you are not eating enough, or enough of the right things (like fat). At times I have to make myself eat. Good luck and take care... |

| When you get a bunless Baconator, is the only difference from the original item is that they take the bun off and leave the rest of the toppings? Or is it just meat, cheese, and bacon exclusively? Meaning, do you still get any sauces, mayo, ketchup, etc., just not the bun - or do they leave everything off except the meat, cheese, and bacon? |

| Have you been entering your foods every day into fitday.com? What are your percentages? |

| When I get the baconator I get it bunless, no katchup just the meat cheese and mayo. I don't know what fitday.com is? All the help I can get is greatly appreciated. I don't know what the problem is. I know that I have been following correctly.. I just feel like I may be one of those millions of people who are resistant. I really hope not. So I got the coq10 and that L-caritine or whatever it's called. I will be trying those tomorrow.

| The Baconator is probably the one messing up your weight loss. Some people can deal with a little sugar or other crappy stuff in their foods, but others are stalled even by tiny amounts. Did you see the ingredients in mayo? This is probably the yuckiest mayo I ever saw... Quote:

| FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal Go to this site, sign up, and enter all of the foods you eat each and every day. It will tell you how many carbs / calories / fat/ fiber / protein etc... Then you can see if your percentages are close to 65% fat / 30% protein / 5% carbs If your numbers are off... you can make adjustments that will get you back on track... |

| Fitday...just curious how this really works out for people. I tried it but got very frustrated with it. I couldn't find the foods I wanted listed and would be forever trying to enter my own info. I didn't really have the patience for it. Maybe I was doing something wrong? |

If you haven't gotten Fitday to count fiber for you, this is how you do it: On the left side of the page, is a place that you can click on to set a nutrition goal. Go there, and set a fiber goal... that is done by setting a minimum and maximum daily fiber amount. It doesn't matter which numbers you plug in... I have my minimum set as 1 and my maximum as 50... the numbers there aren't important. I just put them in, to get Fitday to count for me. After doing this, the fiber grams will show with the other totals for carbs, protein, fat. Just subtract the fiber grams from the carb grams, and you have your net carbs. Fitday sometimes frustrates me... so much so, that I have most of my foods entered as custom foods. Even a lot of veggies! It's a pain to have to sort through so many possibilities to find something that should be simple. So if I can't find something easy, I find info that I do like somewhere else and enter is as a custom food. I've gotten a lot of my info from a great Spreadsheet that is in the FAQ Forum, and some from www.calorieking.com, among others. I also sat down with my laptop in the kitchen and entered info from every jar, can, box, label, of anything that I ever use. Yep, a big pain in the butt to do that, but after it's done, it really makes Fitday easier to use. Of course, you are not required to use Fitday... you can easily keep count of your net carbs on paper. I'll provide the links to the places on the internet that you can use. Here we go: The first link (Nutritional Spreadsheet) is a fantastic resourse that is found in the FAQ forum on this board. It lists each food, how much of that food equals 1 cup (in weight), the nutrition facts, and in which rung the food is allowed. I've printed this list and use it all of the time. Calorie King is a great site for nutrition facts. Nutrition Data has nutrition facts. Again - Fitday is a pain at first. But once you make the sacrifice of setting things up the way you want them, it becomes a breeze. Again - Yes, there are many who have succeeded without using Fitday. I did use it, and found it to be a very helpful tool. |
