weighed in at 200 lbs even this morning.Not sure what i weighed at new years as it was middle of jan before I got on scales.I say 257 but probably was 260-265 in reality. Today marks 17 weeks on induction.I love eating this way and have no plans to move up.Did this diet several years ago and when I moved up, hunger returned and gained it all back very fast.Hunger is not an issue and I eat every 12 hours.Have been keto adapted now for about 2 1/2 months and that is when I really turned the corner.I would suspect my BMI will be in the 22-23 range before I stop losing.Should be there by august.
