Default New on extended induction

Hello Allll

Just moved from induction to extended induction. Lost about 6 pounds during induction (while expecting bit more ) but hey my weight gain was over a period of 21/2 years!! Had few glitches on exercise front...

I am planning to be on extended induction for about 1 month, before I climb up on rungs. Anyways to jazz up my extended induction, I just made some Taco & Cajun seasoning & tomato sauce (following up Dana Carpenter)...I must admit the recipes are to die for!!!

Anyone on extended induction and planning to be on it for a while....

Hi there! I am also on extented induction. I also lost about 6lbs on induction. After 4 weeks on extended induction, I have lost almost 14lbs (total).
I am not really sure how long I will be on extended...
Nice to have you with us.
