| What do you mean you feel like you were losing lean body mass. I am not that much in touch with my body to get that kind of a feeling. Force fed? Is that good? It does not sound good? So what happened after you did that? Hope things are well. I love your avatar and signature btw.

| My biceps shrunk to 16.5 inches! That's how I knew I was losing L.B.M. Force feeding is not what you think. I just ate every 2-3 hours for two days (the weekend). Also, if I recall because I'm not home and cant look up my journal, on Friday, when my weight was 228 lb. I think my bodyfat was 26% or so. My biceps currently measure about 17 inches or so. I got them once to 19.25 inches. I went further in size, but I was cycling Anavar, Decaduarabolin and Winstrol V something I will never do again. I was also crazy enough to cycle Dianabol from the Dominican Republic back then. This is before I studied chemistry, and all it's catagoreis. So I was a dumb . Shoot me.Glad you like my avatar, you're the first person who has commented on it. You know what that structure is, obviously, and understand one of the many forms of Schroedinger's equation. Ah, when the wave function collapses my eigen value will equal a ripped me. The AD with manipulation increases test levels, IGF-1, and growth hormone with out a doubt. Friday I'm going to run some blood tests, when I have a chance, and I'll most happily share my report with anyone. Liv, I am experimenting with various anti-aromatase agents, to see how effective they are. There are three of them: 6, 17-Keto-Etiocholeve-3-Ol Tetrahydropyranol; 3, 17-Keto-Etiochol-Triene and 3, 5, 7-Trihydroxy-4-Methoxyflavone.

| It sounds like your looking for a bodybuilding 'cutting' diet more than a weight loss one? Tom Venuto (who is a 'natural' bodybuilder) has an excellent e-book for the called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, which goes into the issues of muscle growth etc for bodybuilders (which it souns like you are). This may be more suitable to what you are looking for?

| Hi Jen: You're absolutley right. I'm here to get ripped. But there's a wealth of information on in this forum that I would'nt ever dream of finding. I'm impressed by the knowledge seasoned dieters share. I know who Tom V. is. I posted stuff about him. Jen, I lean towards Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale's theories on diet. There is very little difference, in general, between Dr. Atkins' viewpoints and Di Pasquales's. The major difference is (and kiddies, don't try this at home) is a carb load lasting 24hours-48 hours or until the trainer starts to smooth out and 5 days pretty much what Dr. Atkins calls induction. There's an assesment phase lasting one month of low CHO's to see how well the individual does oxidizing fats. The theory goes that during the carb up, there's no chance of reverting back into a CHO burner if you monitor closley weight gain and body fat %. During that period, the body stresses out again releasing IGF-1 and Growth hormone. I believe that's how early man survived the ice age. I'm sure if I stuck anybody here on this forum in the wilds of Siberia, they'd be eating high fat / high protein, low CHO the majority of the time. Complex CHO's would be hard to come about. I'm 2 weeks past induction and two weeks from now, I'll do a carb load. I've never, ever, craved sweets in my life and got overweight mainly drinking beer, eating junk food and not working out because of my school load. Ah, I should've listened to my parents and studied something easy, like medicine. Joking, K.People, do not do as I do. Atkins' is a great way to lose weight. What I do will wreck your diets unless you are training high intensity and have a solid muscular frame. I'm preparing now by lowerng the volume of training and performing exercises until I reach complete muscular (positive and negative) failure. It's brutally hard. It takes just a small number of sets, usually one after warming up, to do it correctly. Thanks Jen for the info. Cheers, Norman P.S. If I drink another glass of water I'll sprout gills. Do not drink all your water at once newbies because it can kill you. Sip through out the day.
