| On the go I stop at a fast food joint, pickup a breakfast platter with extra eggs, no biscuit. It's only $4 here. You don't have a grill nearby that you can call ahead and order some eggs and bacon or sausage, and they'll have it ready in 10 mins, then you just walk over?

| I think one of the keys to success on this plan is preparation. If you don't want to get up earlier in the morning, then make a crustless quiche the night before. It can serve you the whole week and it's a great way to add in some veggies! |

| You can buy capachino sachets dont know if you like it carry sweetener tabs in hand bag and theres always a kettle in the office make a yummy capachino you dont have to buy it make it fresh and hot! As suggested by other member an egg salad is a good choice simple and convenient to carry and eat. Members can suggest breakfast ideas but its gotta be something you will like so try a few recipes, suggestions that will help u know what you will find easier to eat because some foods are not ideal for breakfast.

| I vote for crustless quiche too ![]() Quick and easy to prepare and you can cook it over the weekend and keep in the fridge for grab'n'go snacks. You can make them with any veggies or cooked meat you have left over from other meals so they are an economical way to avoid waste.

| I eat perdue bulk Turkey breakfast sausage in the one pound package, that on the weekend I have fried up in quarter pound "burgers". I usually do two pounds of these. I fry up bacon ahead. Walmart has pre cooked egg "patties" I sometimes buy, they are actually pretty good. There is all kinds of pre cooked sausage/bacon in the meat case these days. If I am not feeling breakfasty, I eat leftovers from dinners I make ahead and put in individual servings. I am like you, I leave the house with wet hair. I dont sleep in but get up and clean in the mornings before work, because I work 10 hour days everyday with a 1 hour commute each way, I eat most of my meals at work, so I need to be prepared. On monday morning I brought a mixed bag of "meats" with me already cooked, a bag of salad, various veggies, etc. It gets easier.

| I sometimes eat the "pumpkin treat" for breakfast. It is 1/2 c pure pumpkin, 1 splenda packet, 1 T butter, 1 T cream, and 1/4 (?) tsp of pumpkin pie spice. (I am bad about measuring and just kind of throw a bit of the spices in..I sometimes use cinnamon or a mix of cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice). Just heat it about 15 sec, stir, heat again, stir until it is all mixed together. You could put it together, heat it at work or just heat it before you go. The little warning I will give about this is that I have to have more protein along with it. It might just be me but I find if I eat this alone, I will be hungry about 2 hours later. But it is so good and a great way to get some veggies in your diet. I like the quiche idea too. I have made that before in muffin tins so that I had individual quiches. Good luck! |
