| i have headaches! i do sports and think im missing some minerals here. so far i take Vitamin C 1000mg every day and also a vitamin B complex allthat from Lanes. what aother suplements do you sugest? what can i take without perscription? some metals etc? please give me advice and the name of the product so i ask for. I dring at least 3 liters water every day for sure. |

| Have you looked at multi vitamins/minerals. Those are good. I also take some cod liver oil. Doing sports should not give you head aches. Maybe drink even more water or see a doctor about it.

| no, sports directly dont cause it, but when you sweat etc you lose minerals and no minerals could cause cramps and head ache,... im pretty sure theres something missing in my body. i would apreciate if here someone takes a mix tablet of minerals like magnesium,potassium,calcium, all in one, those are sugested also in the book. if someone takes those suplements and without perscription , please give me the name of the package so i can find it. THANKS ! ...just had breakfast... an omelete with chese,and prochuto... ahahah does it look like a diet to you ? |

| liv, thanks. i hoped to get some info here from someone with experience on the same, but actualy ill go to the pharmacy today. i gained 2 pounds this morning.. i guess it must be water because of the prochuto last night (salt) ...hmmm.... |
