| i also watch the food network (and E!) while i'm on the treadmill everyday ) i haven't stalled "yet", but i workout for 2 hours everyday (i walk 4 miles in an hour and half then i do lunges & other workouts + weights for half an hour), i'm not losing much though, 1 or 1.5 kgs per week, but i do look better...........i'm afraid of increasing my exercise routine as what i currently do exhausts me already, but i usually take the weekends off, or maybe go for a light quick walk. & i can't seem 2 bring myself to get into the OWL (i have around 20 lbs to lose). i'm so scared of upping the carbs!!![]() |
