This is not great Wendy. We need to figure this out for sure. Have you had a check up recently to make sure your body is good. Thyroid etc

I think you need to share with us your typical menu (not the fat fast one) and lets start to see if there is anything there to tweak. Give us amounts and all that you drink and inhale. Any meds?

Did you exercise as well?

I don't know that the fat fast is such a good idea - it is a very extreme way of eating and even if you drop some pounds they will likely come back when you return to normal. Fat fast is a very regimented thing with strict rules - very high fat and low calories. And certainly do not go a week on that. It can be dangerous for a person that is not metabolic resistant. And we don't know that yet.

Hang in there Wendy.

Did you log all your food on fitday FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. Sometimes that helps you to se what is going on.
I cannot tell how much you are eating (or how little) as you are not giving any amounts. So it could help you find out if your fat percentage is good (it should be around 65% of calories coming from fat)

There are limitations on both vegetables and cheese. Pay attention to cheese limits
The slim jims may have dextrose evien if does not have the corn syrup
You are eating a fair amount of processed stuff that is salty - this can cause some bloat so think about your salt consumption.

Good work on the exercise. That will help. Make sure to take rests and recover too.

What are you drinking?

Maybe your body is adjusting to wellbutrin. You think it is working wll for you.

You should not be tired. Are you taking supplements? I like keeping on top of my B vitamins, I like evening primerose oil too.

Thanks for the update Wendy. I was wondering what was happening. And such good news. Way to go girl. Sometimes a bit of patience works wonders.
