| You can stay on induction safely for longer periods of time but I'd move to OWL and go to Rung 1, adding 5 new carbs of veggies daily -- you can stay on each rung indefinately also, adding back 1 new food (3 times a week for the first week) until you are ready to move to the next rung and adding a new food group. Most people, myself included, started loosing better once I started adding food back. If you don't eat (or drink) a certain food it is perfectly ok to skip that Rung and go to the next....BUT don't go from Induction to Rung 9 - the rungs were put in place to add foods that will allow you to continue loosing in order. Good luck.
