| Can you have ice cream - that is a good question. It is a food I have avoided thought I technically can eat it. Too much attached to icecream for me personally. And I am pretty sure if I go there I am going to have a hard time containing my self. Maybe one day when I feel very confident I will try it. But it is not going to be yet. I need to make sure I have my defenses ready.

| i completely agree with the ice cream with you LIV... I am strong, but I dont know if THAT strong.. other than that.. I am ready to start introing more foods into my regime... as extended induction is doing well, but finally, after almost 8 weeks, getting bored with the first. |
