| Maybe if you post a sample menu including all quantities etc someone can find a possible reason? Without knowing what you are eating it is hard to suggest any solution, but one thing I did wonder is are you eating too much protein compared to fat? I find that it is the high fat of Atkins that fills me up.

| Hi pdx! I'm right about 2 and half weeks in too! I'm also more hungry - at least more than I was the first 2 weeks. One thing I noticed is that I've been slacking on my water. I was aiming for 96 ozs a day...but now I'm barely getting my 64. I'm going to try up-ing my water a couple days and see if that helps...just something to consider... Good luck!! |
