| It is sometimes hard for those who see you all the time to notice a difference as they are with you. It is probably people who do not see you everyday who will be the first to comment down the line. And be aware that people are hesitant with giving these comments sometimes as it may be kind of implying you needed to lose weight so people is quiet about it. Are you measuring - taking pictures? Those can be very helpful tools. The towel thing is great - inches are disappearing!!!!! Way to go. And nothing tastes better than thin feels. Tell your son that when you reach your next goal - you'll celebrate with him - by going to the zoo/fair/toystore/park???

| Good work! And yes, we have to take the small victories that others may not notice. I would buy a too tight top or pair of pants and try it on til it fit. Even now, while I don't lose much weight, what I have seems to be "reorganizing" on my body and clothing is feeling looser than it did earlier in the year. Congratulations on your weight loss!!!

| When you least expect it someone will mention it. And as someone already mentioned, people are reluctant to say anything because frankly they aren't sure if you are dieting and then afraid to say something inappropriate. Take great pride in yourself! You have lost weight and inches. Celebrate yourself!!! Congratulations on your first goal!! Tracey

| That must have felt AMAZING to use only one towel!!!!!! I remember that feeling the first time and can't wait to be where you are I totally thought you were going to say you were running late and had a cheat. I am so proud of you for sticking to this, despite everything. You are an inspiration!!!! Keep up the fantastic work!
