| Post your menus and let others review them who have been around Atkins longer than you have. If you were eating bars and jello up until a week ago, you may have some problems with your menu. And for the record, four pounds is nothing to sneeze at! Congratulations.

| If you chose to extend your Induction phase, you can't add new foods or amounts. It's actually just the Induction phase for more than two weeks. Once you post your menu, we can maybe give you more advice. |
