| Hi vamps-n-tramps You say you need support, so my suggestion is try logging on here before you eat all that rubbish! No one can help you after the event can they? what's done is done. So just what do you want people to do? Beat you up? I suspect you are doing that enough to yourself. Tell you off? what would that acheive? No I suggest you put it behind you and try and solve why you sabotage yourself near goal based on the last line of your post this isn't the first time. Mystic x |

| I agree that you ought to take some time and think hard about what is going on the last couple of days to make you turn to sweets....has something happened? Could you subconsciously be nervous about getting to goal and being that person you have been dreaming of? |

| Nothing really happened, i guess i'm beyond bored with my meals!! i have a limited selection due to serious food allergies (not nuts of any kind, no sea food or fish!) im tired of meat and cheese and salads!!!!! yeah i guess that is what it is.

| Being bored is one of the reasons NOT to be in induction. This is when you should start to climb the carb ladder. Start by adding more veggies and go from there - respecting your allergies of course.

| Oh vamps-n-tramps......I feel ya. My son has mint choc chip ice cream in the freezer and that is all I am thinking about!!! My husband and I have been on Induction for 1 week now and I've lost almost 7 lbs, and him 5lbs...and guess what?!?!? We ate 2, yes 2 bowls of ice cream each on Sat. night, and look we still lost weight!!! I know it's so hard, food is an addiction, it's my addiction, and it's just really hard!!! I've only been doing Atkins a week and I'm already bored and sickened out by eggs and cheese, but I NEED to do it, I NEED to lose weight. I know what you did makes you feel terrible and guilty, but it's done and over with now, it is what is is and just move on. Start over today!!!! You are SO close to your goal, what 13lbs...OMG YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!! Like what Dorie says in Finding Nemo " just keep swimmin', just keep swimmin'" you are almost there!!!! =) |
