| James, Keep up the good work! What kind of exercise are you doing? I am on extended Induction also, day 17. I am full of energy now, not so much the first 1 1/2 weeks. I joined a gym Saturday and I have been going everyday to workout on the ellyptical, and taking a 1 hour workout class everyday as well. Next week I plan on having an instructor introduce me to the other machines, now that I am limbered up a little and have a little bit of endurance. I can't believe how much better I feel! ~Mary
